| Qualifications: |
BS Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 2 years + programming experience. The ideal candidate would have an additional of 1-2 years in team leadership experience and be an expert in project management capabilities. Strong knowledge of interacting with RDBMS, preferably 2+ years of professional experience integrating with Microsoft SQL Server (via ODBC, ADO, ADO.NET). One year of professional experience with XML/XSLT, preferably through Microsoft technologies. Application integration experience is a must. Software architecture experience is desirable. Strong ability to work independently on gathering requirements. |

| Responsibilities: |
Design, develop, implement, and test software for online legal information service using VB, ASP, XML, COM, SQL Server 2000, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, Web Service, ADO, ADO.NET, IIS 5.0. Onsite 9-6, 40 hours weekly.
